We bought the hop on hop off bus tour plus river cruise combo. The river cruise was amazing: great spoken commentary in German and English for the duration of the trip, cruised past the city's top sights and had multiple opportunities to get the right shots. Also had perfect weather! The bus tour was also good, but commentary was a little lacking in places. We had long stretches of just driving. Also, due to road construction, the route changed a bit. This would have been helpful to highlight upon purchase of tickets--could easily have been included in the text/email with the ticket link. Still worth, it though. We rode the route twice in order not to miss anything!
Everything went very smoothly, from booking to disembarkation. The panorama ship was beautiful and the stories about Cologne were easy to understand. I could have spent the whole day on board. We were thrilled. However, it would be nice if you could pay with Paypal. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will certainly do this more often.
Funny, friendly staff. Good atmosphere. All information was easy to hear over the loudspeakers. Very clean. We felt comfortable.

The explanation of the individual buildings and areas was very good and also very easy to understand. Gladly again!!!! My visit from Berlin was a great pleasure.
The view of the city from the water is really something special, and we had fabulous weather. Unfortunately, the announcements were not in sync with the ship's location.
The ride was nice and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, the tape with the explanations was set so quietly that you could hardly understand anything and that was very unfortunate and annoying

There was a DJ and you could eat and drink during the trip at affordable prices. Very nice. I recommend at sunset for the views.
I had thought that there would be seats for all guests on the upper deck. At least in the great weather where everyone naturally wants to sit on the upper deck. Unfortunately, we had to stand for 2 hours.
A special smoking area, because due to the airstream and the inconsiderateness of the smoker, ash would be blown into his face...

It is necessary to specify the dock for the boat because the meeting point was empty without indications.
The meetingpoint was not the right one, so we missed the boat. We haven't seen any tourguide at the meetingpoint, so we couldn't asked anyone where to go. Upon request via email, it was stated that the costs cannot be refunded.
It was a huge disaster!!! Firstly, it said that the meals and a supposed DJ were included and only the snacks and drinks had to be paid for. Meals and snacks are two different things! Then you are treated unfriendly! Tables upstairs are hardly available, although you know that everyone will be upstairs. DJ didn't even play anything but just played slow music from a CD or stick. This is not a DJ and you couldn't dance on the deck. And then you are taken downstairs by the guy in charge and snorted at. Also need a long time to research. I missed half of my trip down there. Never again, I want my money back!
The boat trip was so awesome, I asked my fiancée if she wanted to be my wife and she said YES 🥰

Clear online booking. The route was ok, but not as fluid and interesting as in Düsseldorf. Therefore one star less.

Very nice bus driver. Bus was absolutely ok. Tour was also good. I would have liked a bit more information. Because of me, the "speaker" was allowed to babble almost the whole time.
