• Wheelchair hire service: Guests with disabilities can request a wheelchair two days in advance. The park reserves one if available, placing it at chosen entrances. On the visit day, a €25 deposit and an ID card are required.
• Accessible restrooms for guests with disabilities: Six accessible toilets are distributed throughout the park, including at Berlin entrance (outside), Wuze Town, Silverado Theatre, Chiapas exit near Las Rocas, Klugheim below Rutmor's Taverne, and behind Fantissima Theatre (note limited accessibility with steep ramp).
• Handcart rental: Phantasialand offers handcart rentals through the Family Service. Renters must show an ID or driving license and pay a deposit. Please remember, these hand carts are for transporting items, not people, due to safety reasons.

• Observe height and age restrictions for rides. Some attractions may have minimum and maximum height or age requirements for safety reasons.
• Listen to ride operators and follow their instructions carefully. Secure all safety restraints and keep hands, arms, and belongings inside the ride at all times.
• Walk, don't run, within the park. Running can lead to accidents and injuries.
• Wait your turn in queue lines. Cutting or saving spots is unfair and disrupts the experience for others.
• Drink plenty of water, especially on hot days, to avoid dehydration.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Some rides may have dress code requirements.
• Smoking is typically not allowed in most areas of the park. Use designated smoking areas if available.
• Use lockers or storage facilities for bags, backpacks, and loose items on rides.

• Plan your route: If you're short on time, head to the most popular rides later in the afternoon. The Taron, Black Mamba, F.L.Y, and Colorado Adventure may be slightly less crowded later in the day, as most visitors join the pre-queue lines early in the morning.
• Keep a few hours on hand: We recommend you keep aside at least a full day to enjoy everything the park has to offer. Most rides and shows have huge lines, meaning you will spend quite a while waiting for your turn.
• Download the theme park app: Keep the Phantasialand theme park app handy on your mobile phone. While the wait times displayed for the rides may not be accurate, you will get a fair idea of the crowd outside the coasters.
• Take note of the height restrictions: Most Phantasialand attractions have height requirements. At Guest Relations, they will give you a band, with details on all the rides you can access. Most high-speed coasters like Taron, Talocan, and F.L.Y. are not suitable for young children. 
• Carry essentials: Pack comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle. Some rides may get you wet, so consider bringing a change of clothes or rain gear, especially if you plan on riding Chiapas or River Quest. 
• Bring cash: While most restaurants and shops accept credit cards, it's a good idea to bring some cash for smaller purchases or the shuttle bus to the park if you're not driving.

• Restaurant Zambesi: Located in the Deep in Africa Zone, their dishes include exotic spices, fresh ingredients, and traditional African recipes. You will find a variety of meat, fish, and vegetarian options, including grilled meats, spiced stews, and flavorful side dishes.
• Restaurant Uhrwerk: Their menu features contemporary dishes, including gourmet burgers, steaks, seafood, and vegetarian options. Uhrwerk’s decor is inspired by the 1920s Berlin’s steampunk aesthetic, showcasing brick walls, metal gears, and vintage machinery.
• Patisserie Tortchen & Co.: If you have a sweet tooth, the Tortchen Patisserie is a must-visit. They offer a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts. You must try their freshly baked croissants, eclairs, and macarons. They also have specialty coffees and teas to complement their sweet treats. 
• Restaurant Cocorico: Restaurant Cocorico is styled like a traditional Italian trattoria. It features rustic decor with wooden tables, red-and-white checkered tablecloths, and vintage Italian posters. They offer a variety of Italian classics like pizzas and pasta. 
• Restaurant Rutmor’s Taverne: Located in the Fantasy area, Rutmor’s is decorated like a medieval tavern, featuring wooden beams and stone walls. They offer hearty dishes such as roast meats, sausages, stews, and rustic breads.

• Haus der 6 Drachen: In Berlin's themed area, this shop offers diverse Phantasialand merchandise. Explore six sections, each themed after one of the park's legendary dragons. Find clothing, toys, and home decor.
• China Pagode: Located in China Town, this shop offers Chinese-inspired souvenirs, including clothing, toys, and home decor. You can also enjoy Chinese tea and snacks while shopping.
• Kilamba Shop: In the Deep in Africa area, Kilamba Shop showcases African-inspired souvenirs, featuring clothing, toys, and home decor. Discover African teas and snacks as well.
• Emilie’s Chocoladen & Candy Werkstatt: In Rookburgh, indulge your sweet tooth with handmade chocolates and candies. This shop also hosts chocolate-making workshops and demonstrations for a sweet and educational experience.

For an immersive experience, we recommend staying at the Phantasialand Hotels, directly connected to the rides and attractions. You can start early, pre-queue at your favorite coasters, and experience the themed decor to the fullest.
